When you use Xerxo, we collect:
Account information: Your phone number, display name (from WhatsApp profile), language preference, and country.
Business data: Sales, expenses, customer records, transactions, and other data you provide through your conversations with Xerxo.
Messages: The text messages you send to Xerxo are processed to understand your requests and provide responses.
Connected services: If you connect Google, Instagram, Facebook, or other services, we access only the data you explicitly authorize (e.g., contacts, calendar events).

We retain your business data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days. Transaction records required for legal compliance may be retained for up to 5 years as required by Cameroon law.

Xerxo is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
