1. Service Description
Xerxo is an AI-powered business management tool accessible primarily through WhatsApp and other messaging platforms. Xerxo helps users record sales, track expenses, manage customer relationships, process payments, and perform other business tasks through natural language conversation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Xerxo. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account and Security
Your Xerxo account is linked to your phone number.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your PIN.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Bold Corp is not a bank, payment institution, or money transmitter. We are a technology platform that connects you to licensed payment providers.
Transaction fees are displayed before you confirm each transaction. You must explicitly confirm (type YES) before any payment is processed.
Once confirmed, transactions cannot be reversed through Xerxo. Contact the payment provider directly for disputes.
Bold Corp is not liable for failed, delayed, or incorrect transactions processed by third-party payment providers.
5. AI-Generated Content
Xerxo uses artificial intelligence to process your messages and generate responses. While we strive for accuracy:

Business reports and analytics are generated based on the data you provide and may not be complete or accurate.
6. Your Data
You own your business data. Bold Corp does not claim ownership of your sales records, customer information, or other business data.
You grant Bold Corp a license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Xerxo service.
You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use Xerxo for illegal activities including money laundering, fraud, or terrorism financing
Attempt to bypass transaction limits or security measures
Use Xerxo to harass, threaten, or harm others
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Xerxo platform
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
Use Xerxo for any purpose that violates the laws of your country
8. Service Tiers
Xerxo offers multiple service tiers (Solo Free, Solo Paid, Team, Enterprise) with different features and limits. Free tier includes basic functionality. Paid features require an active subscription. We reserve the right to modify tier features with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bold Corp is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Xerxo
Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
Actions of third-party payment providers or service integrations
Service interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by messaging "delete my account" to Xerxo. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Xerxo after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via WhatsApp.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Douala, Cameroon, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
